The mold monitor generally saves 2 benchmark photos, first after the mold is opened, and before ejection, save a photo of the OK product. Each time during the production process, a comparison is made before ejection to check whether the product is lack of glue, do less, and batch Front, or stick to the front mold; if there is a difference, it will stop ejecting and alarm. The second time is after ejection and before closing the mold, save a picture of the mold surface that is clean and can be closed. Each time, before closing the mold, check whether the product/nozzle has fallen, whether the thimble/inclined top/row position is in place, and the setting Whether the parts are installed in place, etc.; if there is a difference, the mold clamping will be stopped and an alarm will be issued.
