The second time is after ejection and before closing the mold, save a picture of the mold surface that is clean and can be closed. Each time, before closing the mold, check whether the product/nozzle has fallen, whether the thimble/inclined top/row position is in place, and the setting Whether the parts are installed in place, etc.; if there is a difference, the mold clamping will be stopped and an alarm will be issued.
