1. When installing the components of the aluminum alloy profile bracket, pay attention to the installation sequence first, so as to avoid the interference of the mechanical equipment caused by the installation team first and then the installation department, causing the installation to be impossible, and thus rework.

2. Be sure to calculate the number of nuts used everywhere in the profile bracket, and place a sufficient number of nuts inside the T-slot at the corresponding position.

3. When assembling the profile bracket, pay attention to adjusting the parallel angle of each side, and then lock the nut. The spiral on the aluminum profile bracket usually has a spiral with a spatially symmetric structure. When tightening the screw, it must be assembled according to the diagonal of the screw, so that the groove formation is locally concentrated, which will affect the appearance of the profile for a long time.
