1. The workbench is faulty.

Generally, the polished rod idling, the polished rod transmission has bounce, the friction transmission is not smooth, the workbench movement has noise, the workbench movement is stuck, etc. When troubleshooting, it is necessary to find out the cause of the failure, and then prescribe the right medicine. It can be solved by adjusting the screw tightness of the spring, replacing the bearing, newly oiling, adding lubricating oil, replacing the polished rod, adjusting or replacing the polished rod bracket.

2. Failure of lifting transmission.

The common ones are abnormal noise when lifting, unable to ascend, falling and falling with falling feeling, bounce, large transmission space-time back gap, fine-tuning non-transmission, loose projection screen frame, etc.

3. The projection screen is faulty.

When there is noise during rotation, the impurities (such as rust stains) on the end surface can be cleaned up, and the positioning bearing can be replaced with a new one. The friction force is large when rotating, the locking screw can be loosened, or the friction rotation can be changed. When the rotation is uneven, the dial seat, friction wheel, friction wheel shaft, etc. can be replaced. When the projection screen rotates without counting, you can tighten the angle friction mechanism, weld the signal line, connect the plug and so on.

4. Image imaging failure.

When the black screen is displayed, you can check whether the power cord is connected properly, the power supply voltage, etc., and plug the display signal line tightly. If any parts are damaged, you need to replace the display or cross-hair generator. When the crosshair and the tracing point deviate greatly when the objective lens is zoomed in, readjust the screw that locks the lens barrel, or change the lens barrel. When there is a dark shadow on one side of the tested work, adjust the screws on the four corners of the camera or glass to straighten the work piece.

5. Projection imaging failure of the screening machine.

The image is blurred, the image has dark areas, the image has dark spots, the imaging contrast is dark, etc., it can clean the objective lens, projection screen, workbench glass, condenser, mirror, etc. Adjust or replace the filament. If the bulb power supply voltage is too low, install a general power regulator.
